Content on this site is general study information. It does not replace instruction from an authorized flight instructor or the FAA's own publications. When this site and an FAA source disagree, the FAA source is correct. Tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it.

Pilot Proper is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Aviation Administration. FAA, and the Airman Certification Standards, are referenced for identification only.

Text, design and the Pilot Proper™ name and marks belong to Canyon Sky Rain. You may link to any page. Please do not copy our content wholesale. FAA publications we link to are US government works.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate but cannot promise it is error-free, and we do not guarantee any test result.

Governing law and limits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the fullest extent the law allows, Canyon Sky Rain is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and its total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is nothing. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
